Why we soft wash houses instead of pressure washing them

High pressure is not used on houses. A pressure washer strong enough to strip concrete can force water behind vinyl siding, etch soft brick, chip paint, crack stucco, and blow out window seals. Soft washing uses low pressure, about the same as a garden hose, paired with a cleaning solution that does the real work. The solution breaks down algae, mildew, and dirt, and a gentle rinse carries it away.

Every job gets a chemical pre-treatment before the wash and a post-treatment after it. The pre-treat loosens deep-seated organic growth so it rinses off completely. The post-treat helps slow regrowth so your home stays clean longer than it would after a plain rinse.
